Recko Inc. is looking for product managers to join our fast-growing team. We are looking for smart, dynamic individuals who are excited with the opportunity to build a global financial operations platform product for the finance teams.
As a Product Manager at Recko, you will
Be responsible for absorbing all the complexities of the domain and make simple, elegant, and polished products for our users. You’ll have to learn and unlearn fast across domains.
Work closely with the engineers, designers and analysts who care deeply about their product. You should be able to quickly build rapport with them. Persuasiveness is more valued here than authority.
Generally if you have worked cross-domain you’ll be expected to use analogies and patterns of other other domains to solve problems.
Own product charters and take responsibility for every delivery. Your product charter will change as we evolve.
Understand macro changes in the market and identify potential opportunities and risks. You should be able to plan features in smaller sprints while keeping an eye on the larger vision.
Testing every feature that goes out meticulously and prudently. We ship high quality software and you’ll own everything. No bugs.
Be the internal evangelist of the product who will go to everyone and help them understand why we should build a feature.
What are we looking for
2 to 4 years of experience in Product Management for enterprises or post-checkout products in a B2C company. Payment systems experience is a plus.
Very strong problem-solving skills and rigor in solutions.
Ability to grasp enterprise software design patterns.
Ability to articulate and communicate well with internal as well as external stakeholders both verbally and written.
Ability to interact with senior leadership internally and externally to understand business objectives and expectation management.
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and make judgement calls with insufficient information.
High ambition, drive, ownership and accountability. Be fun to work with.
