Recko Inc. is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing organization as a critical part of the marketing team. This is the perfect opportunity for a self-motivated, determined Digital Marketing expert to create a massive impact on a young, disruptive start-up.
We are looking to hire a stellar digital marketing professional who will:
Design and execute effective digital marketing campaigns derived from insights and analysing data with an objective to evangelise, nurture and generate opportunities
Manage a demand generation campaign calendar with clearly defined outcomes
Collaborate and work with other functions such as content marketing and product marketing to move marketing ideas from concept to completion
Have hands-on experience using marketing automation tools, CRM, ad exchange tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads etc., in order to be able to track the customer journey to provide insights into what’s working and what leads to conversion.
Target prospects with customized relevant messaging in the form of videos, emails, ads, e-books, collaterals, webinars etc., through workflows at different points in the prospects buying journey.
Have a deep understanding of SEO/SEM for better execution of marketing strategies
What are we looking for:
2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing for enterprises with at least 1 year in SaaS organisations in hands on SEM campaign management, along with Display and Video advertising
Experience working directly in AdWords and Bing Ads, and supplementary platforms for PPC management and optimization; experience in major digital ad platforms: Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) - Google AdWords certified recommended
Creative attitude for developing new ad units / ideas and consistent record in driving customer acquisition through search engines
Analytic acuity and confirmed experience measuring effectiveness of marketing programs to drive leads and sales.
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in analyzing and interpreting data to gain actionable insights, refer proficiency with Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel
Ability to interact with the leadership and report key performance indicators and metrics
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across teams, projects and priorities: from Demand Gen to Events and everything in between
Ability to hustle, think strategically and implement with excellence
