To be successful in this role, you will have

  • 2-4 years of experience is sales/business operations experience in an enterprise product organisation

  • Good understanding of enterprise sales process and the dynamics involved

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to provide data-backed analysis and work with large data sets

  • Strong problem solving and presentation skills

  • Prior selling experience would be an advantage

  • Advanced user in Microsoft Excel and proficient in other MS Office tools for managing and presenting data

  • Ambitious, a self-starter and keen to take initiative

  • And most importantly being a team player and a fun individual to work with

  • Drive efficient Sales, Marketing and Business Operations management for Recko, driving productivity, performance and predictability.

  • Align very closely with leaders in the Sales and Marketing teams to drive strategic objectives on sales, GTM and business initiatives.

  • Work hand in hand with the sales development and enterprise sales teams to impact process improvements and alignment on business objectives

  • Become a trusted partner for members of the sales team and solve for efficiency, scale and predictability

  • Own the account universe of the organization and continuously improve on market coverage and understanding

  • Monitor continuously and strive to maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy and process consistency to optimize business processes related to systems

  • Drive annual sales planning cycle to exceed budget goals, provide subject matter expertise and be accountable on sales incentive plans and programs as part of the go-to-market plan.

  • Provide and execute processes improvement of tools; and analytics to monitor and increase sales productivity.

  • Work closely with sales management to drive sales productivity, sales forecasting, sales reporting/analytics, territory management, quota setting, quota attainment tracking and other sales operations activities in support of the sales organization
